Announcing Hearthstone

I’m so excited to share one of my big projects from the past year, a dream being fulfilled.

As many of you know, I’m a professional coach. I love my work with one-on-one clients. We partner to transform how they experience life, to unleash their personal power, and to create what they dream of in their careers, relationships, well-being, and passion projects.

While I find this work deeply satisfying, and it will always be part of my career, I have also longed to work on a broader scale, with the potential for higher-leverage impact. My attention has turned more and more towards organizations. I have been deeply impacted as an employee, volunteer, client, or customer of so many companies — and the impact has not always been ideal. And I don’t think I’m alone.

How do we create cultures where everyone in the organization is supported in experiencing their own transformational shifts? Where people love to show up, finding fulfillment and enjoyment through their work together? The benefits of organizational transformation ripple out into homes, communities, and our earth environment. So, I have dedicated my attention to that, applying coaching principles to organizations, conducting transformational workshops at companies, coaching executive leaders, and speaking at events.

I’ve also wanted to create a space for other coaches and facilitators to perform the work they love with a team. Many coaches are fantastic at their expertise, but they do not love the day-to-day aspects of running and marketing a business, and they do not love working alone. I wanted to create a space for large-scale culture transformation projects that involve entire teams of coaches and facilitators. And I wanted to create a company that could exist and continue making an impact long after I’m gone.

With that in mind, I am proud to introduce Hearthstone, a company dedicated to making a profound difference, the impossible possible. We are committed to the prospect of paradise: that we can cultivate in our work, our homes, and our hearts ways of being that lead to joy, connection, and fulfillment each day.

Why “Hearthstone?” In earlier days, the hearth was the center of a home or hall, where meals were prepared and heat was generated to protect from the cold, a gathering place for families and communities. Hearthstones are the hearth’s foundation, symbols of light, strength, warmth, and transformation. Our logo reflects these qualities.

We provide transformational experiences to organizations and individuals, helping them joyfully create the culture, relationships, and success that they yearn for. We offer group leadership training, workshops & retreats, keynote speaking, one-on-one coaching, and our signature program, the Ignite180 culture transformation.

More information about our offerings will be available on the website when it goes live next week! In the meantime, if you’d like to explore how we might work with you or your organization, send me a note.

My deepest thanks to all who have supported me in the journey of creating this. And to those I’ll get to work with in the future!

Much love,

Matt
